We look forward to helping you achieve your goals! Centaur was founded by two imaginative teachers who met while teaching English in the Czech Republic. One went on to teach in the Ukraine, the other in the United States. Both soon realized that their students were not receiving exactly what they wanted from their courses in English, and decided to team up to start a school that catered specifically to each student's individual needs and interests. Both wanted to reach students around the world to offer the opportunity to learn English on their own time, for their own purposes. Today's technology has made that possible. Each class will meet in chatrooms only you, your teacher, and your 4 classmates can enter. When you register for a course at Centaur, we will give you an identification code that will allow you to enter your classroom.
